Planning Angel offers a stress free, one-stop service to you, the client – a complete development management service, which includes: completion of planning application forms, Planning Statement, Design and Access Statement, management of design drawings, liaising with the local authority departments – responding to issues raised by third parties and consultee comments, engaging with other specialists on your behalf, monitor the application’s progress. Ultimately seeking to navigate as quickly and efficiently through the planning system throughout the determination period of the application.
A planning application should include sufficient level of detail to enable the Local Planning Authority to determine the application positively. We prepare and submit planning applications on behalf of you, our client – presenting a robust case for the application and identifying the key considerations, giving you the very best chance of success.
Following your initial contact with us we will arrange a site visit with you to discuss your requirements, and you are under no obligation to engage our services.
Once the requirements are established you will then receive a full, itemised quotation, to include fees payable to the local authority and other specialists, as required. We will then also arrange a time to site survey.
We will provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision, without having to worry about any additional fees being incurred later. We will inform you of any potentially contentious issues and the likelihood of success.
